The Unblinking Ear Podcast 2/26/15

In all likelihood, this will be the final time I bug you about the critically acclaimed Unblinking Ear Records compilation, Serious Rockers. This is because a) we are sold out of cassettes and b) I need to inform you about the show whose flyer is pictured above. I'm very happy to present all five of the bands on this bill though I'm especially excited for the live debut of Carolee. She's been sending demos to Unblinking Ear HQ since nearly the beginning. These recordings wound up on her excellent EP on 12XU. So come out to Lot 13 in Bayonne on Saturday, March 7th and be sure to get there early because she's on first. Doing this podcast on a weekly basis works out fairly well when I decide I'm not going to leave my apartment for an entire weekend.

This is not due to some isolationist/perfectionist impulse but rather because it's 20 degrees colder than it should be for any living thing it exist here in New York City.

However, if you listen to this podcast and come to the conclusion that I put a lot of extra time into it, feel free to continue to think that.
